The public Library is a free, browse-able collection of HR and life-planning templates, guides, checklists, and trackers. Today it spans five categories:

• HR — ADA accommodation letters, FMLA guides, severance worksheets.
• Caregiver — caregiver binders, doctor-visit templates, symptom trackers.
• Government Benefits — Medicare / Medicaid / COBRA / ACA explainers and checklists.
• Life Planning — Power of attorney, living wills, caregiver binders.
• Death Planning — survivorship checklists and family-after-loss guides.

The HR Director tier includes bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with Ariel — the founder behind Friendly HR Professional™ — every other week, included with your subscription. Sessions are 30 minutes, confidential, and prepped from whatever you send ahead (a draft email, a PIP, a severance letter, etc.).

Members schedule bi-weekly sessions from the booking page at /session. Non-members can also book a single 30-minute Director session for $30 on the same page.

Masterclasses are short, practical video trainings — one-time purchase or included with your subscription — covering HR topics most workplaces don't teach well:

One-time PDF purchases (the Playbook, individual templates, the Full Library Bundle, Masterclass videos) are digital goods and delivered instantly — we can't accept returns once the file has been delivered and the download link emailed to you.

That said, if a file is broken, mis-described, or didn't open — email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it. Subscriptions are refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days — just reply to your welcome email and we'll handle it.

Monthly or annual billing — your choice — is set on the pricing page. Annual is 10× the monthly rate (saves ~17%). You can switch at any time.

To upgrade (Free → Coordinator, or Coordinator → Generalist, etc.), pick a new tier — your existing access stays active until the cycle ends, then the new tier takes over.

To downgrade or cancel, click the customer portal link inside your welcome email — or email friendlyhr@polsia.app. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you've paid for. No fees, no friction.

For every PDF purchase, we mint a signed download link with a 15-minute TTL, scoped to the buyer's email. The link is HMAC-signed — it can't be re-used, re-shared, or replayed after it expires, and it doesn't expose the underlying file URL.
